Project Description: Adaptive Re-Use

Currently under construction scheduled for completion in August 2020, this 35,000 sq.ft. gymnasium facility for High Point Academy in Spartanburg, SC will house state of the art competition courts, practice courts, coaches offices, locker rooms, and more. As part of the school’s larger masterplan, this project renovates a portion of the existing metal building, formerly a shopping mall, into the showcase athletic space in the area.
