Project Description: New Construction

Mussman Architects PA was chosen as the designer for this new charter high school in Rock Hill, SC. In addition to the standard design scope, our responsibilities included pre-construction project management services. We were integral in the development and oversight of the budget and schedule throughout the project development. Our team worked hand-in-hand with the school leadership, taking their basic programming information and creating a roadmap for the successful development of the project. All due diligence, design, permitting and construction were managed by our team and occurred within the 2 year schedule. The final design includes a basketball arena and football practice field (additional athletic components are master-planned). Highlights of the classroom area include a collaborative student center and state-of-the-art science labs.
