Project Description: New Classroom Building Addition

Mussman Architects designed this classroom building addition to the school’s existing campus to provide additional space for growing charter school’s middle school program. In addition to standard classrooms, the building includes common areas off the corridors for informal learning, library, art room, science lab, music room, and administrative offices. The design had to overcome various challenges including a small site and ongoing school operations which required carefully planned sequencing of activities to accommodate
